SpiceJet wins Stevie award for excellence in customer service

Awarded Bronze Stevie® for Customer Service Department of the Year-Airlines, Distribution & Transportation

SpiceJet, the country's favourite carrier, has won the Bronze Stevie® awards in the Customer Service Department of the Year   Airlines Distribution & Transportation category. The winners for the 17th edition of Stevie® were announced at a gala event held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada which was attended by more than 400 professionals from around the world.

The award recognizes achievements of teams in service industries such as healthcare, hospitality & leisure, legal, media & entertainment, etc.

In March 2022, SpiceJet had won the 2022 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service for its exceptional Customer Complaints management.

The Stevie® Awards are the world's premier business awards created in 2002 to recognize achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition.

Finalists were determined by the average scores of more than 170 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in more than 60 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year; 60 categories for sales and business development achievements, ranging from Senior Sales Executive of the Year to Sales Training or Business Development Executive of the Year to Sales Department of the Year; and categories to recognize new products and services and solution providers, among others.
