KLM UK Engineering appoints Paul Conway as Sales Director and Martin de Jong as Financial Director

KLM UK Engineering Limited (KLMUKE), a subsidiary of Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) specialized in maintenance solutions for regional and narrow-body aircraft fleet, has appointed Paul Conway as Sales Director (SD) with effect from 3rd January 2023 and Martin de Jong as Financial Director (FD) as of 3rd April 2023.

Prior to joining KLMUKE, Paul Conway led Qualitair Aviation, part of Randstad Holding, where he held the position of Managing Director from 2016 to 2022 and also worked at Lufthansa Technik as their UK Sales Director from 2012 to 2016. Paul previously worked for KLMUKE from 1997 to 2012.

Martin de Jong joins KLMUKE from KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, where he held the position of Senior Financial Business Analyst since 2019, working closely with senior management, especially during COVID by modelling complex scenarios for various stakeholders. Prior to this Martin worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant where he performed financial due diligence advice for a variety of parties like Private Equity and Strategic buyers / sellers.
